Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue with your Glossary.
I have a few questions in order to better assist you:
- How are you setting up the terms and definitions Notepad ++? I understand you are listing them alphabetically, but you might need to include columns in order to have the CSV file populate correctly.
- Have you tried using Excel to export your CSV File?
Excel supports several CSV file formats. For the best results with non-English characters, use one of the following formats when you save your CSV file. Other file formats can change accented characters to symbols.
