Glow on Shape Not Working if Fill is Transparent
Hi all. Is it normal behavior that a glow effect on a shape does not work if there is no fill or transparency on the fill color?

I have a quick question about your setup. Do you have a visible shape outline for your shape? I understand that you currently do not have a fill color or transparency.

I know this is an old question but I'm having the same issue. I have a shape that is transparent in it's normal state, what I'm trying to do it have a glow when it is selected.
I've tried adding a glow to the shape but nothing shows up. I also tried it with no fill and had the same issue. All the settings say that the glow is on but it isn't visible.
I've watched the attached video and definitely don't see the same on my screen with the glow affect that you are getting.
Any help would be appreciated.
