Go back to a previous version of storyline
Hello Team, I created a storyline project with the latest version of storyline, but my team mates cannot open it because they have an older version. Please how can I change this project to the older version so they can open it on there.

They should get a warning on what is being used that you can remove or wouldn't it be easier for them to upgrade?

wenduejezie: As PhilMayor said, the ideal solution would be to have your teammates upgrade to the latest version of SL.
If that's not possible, you have to remove the newer features that aren't available in their version. You can find version-history info here: https://www.articulatesupport.com/article/Articulate-Storyline-360-Version-History
As Phil also mentioned, the warning indicates what new features are preventing an older version of SL from opening a file. That looks something like this:
Have your teammates tell you what the problematic features are, and remove them from the file. Then they should be able to open it.
Note: Depending on how old their version is, the problem could be the use of Dialog layers. Those might not be used on any of your slides. However, by default, the Feedback Master layers on a new project are set to be Dialog layers. So you'd have to switch those back to present as regular layers.
