Thanks for reaching out! I went ahead and tested your file on my end. I see the same behavior you mentioned with the "Environmental Risk" alt text populating in the exported Word Doc. 

I've gone ahead and opened a support case on your behalf. I'd like our talented Support Engineers to take a closer look and investigate this further!

We are also randomly having this Environmental Risk showing up in our Translation docs. Were you ever able to solve this issue?
