Graded Questions - Correct/Incorrect layers displaying during review - Storyline 360

Hi,
I created a graded quiz in Storyline last year that I'll be repurposing this year. All questions are part of a question bank. It's a testout course quiz. Learners acheiving a score of 80% or above do not have to take the course.
Last year, per team consensus, all feedback layers were removed. I've tried to replace them using all of the suggestions mentioned in the above posts, yet the feedback layers still do not display. Any ideas?
