If you allow users to have multiple attempts at a question until they get it correct, Storyline will only use the final answer to report to the results slide. Walt suggests a workaround in this thread, which is to duplicate the quiz. The first quiz is set to one attempt, and the score is recorded, and the second quiz is set to unlimited attempts.
