Green Box Behind Animated Gif
Hello everyone, I wanted to create this cool mountain scene as the learner progresses through the course. I wanted the leader and his team to hike up the mountain.
For each character I created a png with a transparent background for the standing state and a gif with a transparent background for the walking state. Everything was looking really good until my client review. They noticed a green box behind some of the characters.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? When I review within Articulate it never shows up but within Review 360 it does. Is there a setting I need to check when publishing?
I appreciate any help ya'll can provide.

If the green box is only appearing at that point in the story, I would start with double- or triple-checking the states of that character. (I've seen inadvertent stuff appear sometimes in one state or the other because I was careless with how that state was created.)
If the green box appears randomly then you may have identified a bug; so I would contact Articulate.
