Half my screen is black when recording with story line
New to the tool, I have tried to record my screen in multiple different ways.
"Full Screen"
"Selected window"
And Custom
Each way causes half my recording to be black and very condensed pic...
Ok, figured it out, it was taking my laptop screen as the size for some reason, after defining my large screen as my main screen and restarting the program it works normally
Hi Sivan! I am having the same problem! How did you get it to define your larger screen as the main screen?? SOS
You have to make the screen the main display, it depends on the OS version you are on. I have windows 10 so it looks like this (see screenshots)
