Hangs on Cleaning up Temporary Files
Any idea why Presenter Studio360, while publishing, hangs when it is cleaning up temporary files? I had this issue with another course and submitted it to Articulate Support. This particular proje...
I've tried many of the "solutions" posted in this forum but the presentation is still hanging on publish. Had a team member try it on a different machine - same issue. I've opened support ticket number 03166623 and Sheila is reviewing the Presenter Package I sent her.
