Having an audio issue with Storyline

I'm experiencing an issue where audio won't import into Storyline at all, whether it's an MP3 or WAV file and I've confirmed that this isn't an issue with the audio file itself.

“Hi! That definitely sounds frustrating. A couple of things you could try: check if your media codecs are up to date, clear the Storyline cache, or test running Storyline as admin — sometimes permissions block media from loading.
