Having cue points stops audio. Is there a way to have the audio track continue to play when the timeline pauses for cue points?

I don't see any triggers on your module. You definitely need a trigger on the base layer:

Then the new layer will display. I don't see any triggers on the new layer currently, but assume you'll add those.
