Help! Accessible multiple drag and drop interaction

Hi All, 

I've done a lot of reading and watching of videos to make my drag and drop slide accessible but I just can't seem to make it work. In fact, I can't even get the tab key to move around the slide to select a drag option. Any anyone point out what I'm doing wrong? The slide is 1.3
