Help needed! Screencasts blurry
Hi guys,
I need some help regarding screencasts.
I did screencasts with storyline and when they stay in the program and I start the preview, they are blurry. Also when I publish to review they stay that way.
When I copy them into a folder and open them via windows media player, they are as sharp as they could be.
I did casts with an apple (quick time player ) and with storyline itself. Both ways do not work. So I cannot publish my projects because you can´t read it well.
I already tried to unhook my second Screen and I closed all other programs before the Screencast. Also, in the publishing area --> quality, I used the highest quality you can choose.
Do you know of these problems and can help?

Have you checked if the slide size of your Storyline 360 project matches the resolution of your screen recording?
One of the main causes of a blurry screen recording is a mismatch between the two resolutions. You can check out this article which explains how to prevent videos and screen recordings from becoming blurry for your reference:
If your Slide Size isn't too far off from the resolution that you selected when you made your screen recording, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a closer look at what's causing the blurriness.
