HELP! Storyline crashes when I try to preview slides!

I'm building a course in Storyline 360, and when I click "preview," the program closes unexpectedly.  I can normally get 2 previews out, and on the 3rd preview it closes.  I tried uninstalling and re-installing.  Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you for reaching out! Let me ask you some questions to try to narrow down the issue:

    • Does it happen when you preview single slides?
    • Does it happen with a specific .story file or any file you try to preview?
    • Are you working from a local hard drive? Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. 

    I also want to send you this article with some suggestions on how to correct erratic behavior. If this doesn't work, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers.

    I'm having this same issue--also over the last few days only.  I'll check out the article yoou just posted.
