Help Troubleshoot Object Intersects Trigger
Hi Everyone, looking for some help here. I'll like to build a slide where the users can use buttons to move a large timeline up and down. Then as the timeline would get to each date on it, it would trigger a show slide where I would have either a video, a picture, or audio that would talk about that point on the timeline. I'm trying to use the object intersect trigger but, for some reason it's making everything on the slide disappear when the trigger is enabled, when you turn the trigger off then the slide appears and works as expected. Can someone help me with it? I'm attaching my test story.

What I'm seeing is this: the slide starts off as blank; however, if I minimize the sidebar, then all the items appear. Also, nothing is clickable unless the layer 1 trigger is disabled.
I understand what you're shooting for. You can achieve the effect you want by chaining triggers. In this case, try adding a show layer 1 trigger that fires when the group one gets done moving. I've attached my modified story file so you can see how it works.

I noticed that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Darrell. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:
- A Storyline Slide loads as blank when using any Intersect Triggers targeting the Object within the group, instead of the actual group.
We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready! In the meantime, as a workaround we suggest setting the Trigger to the Group, instead of the individual item. If your use-case allows for this type of design.
