Help with a line showing up on certain slides

Thanks for sharing this information with us. It's very helpful to get a better picture of what you are currently working with. 

I wanted to pop in and let you know that we're not seeing an attachment included in your most recent reply. Feel free to try again in a new reply and select the "Add Attachment" Button at the bottom left as you are crafting your reply. 

Currently, it looks like part of your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

      I see you've opened a support case and shared your .story file privately with our support engineers. Great move! It looks like you've connected with my colleague Philam. You're in great hands working one on one with him!

      Also, it appears that part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
