Hiding Text Entry fields
I need to hide text entry fields until a certain point in a lesson. Everything I've read on this site says to put a transparent shape over the fields and manage access to the fields with triggers or variables. I cannot get this to work for me. How can I keep learners from typing into these fields until I want them to?

I think I have narrowed down the issue. I think that using the scrolling panel is why this isn't working for me. Is there any way to hide a text-entry field?
Try this. You don't have to cover the text-entry field, but if you don't, it is still visible. It just won't accept input. I disabled both fields.
