Home and View tabs missing from UI

Most of the tabs in my UI have disappeared (see attached). This is the first time I've come across this after 10 years of using Storyline. I closed and re-opened only to still have the tabs missing.
Has anyone else encountered this odd behavior? It's only on one file and not other files.

    Hi Learnie​, our team is actively working on fixing this issue. In the meantime, we have a workaround you can try:

    1. Exit Storyline entirely and freshly re-launch it from the Desktop App.
    2. From the start screen, click on "New Project" rather than opening an existing project. (The full set of menu options should now be present).
    3. Now click on the File menu and select your project from the Recent Projects area. 
    4. You should now have all of the menus available.
