How do I get the Arial font into Storyline and/or Rise?
Hi there. I'd like to use Arial as a font in SL and Rise - it's the organisation's standard. I have it installed on the organisation's laptop, how do can I add it to SL and Rise - where do I get the .woff file I need to upload?

Arial should be installed by default on a windows machine, if you have had to install, restart storyline and it should be in there.
There are instructions in the upload area for Rise for fonts for how to get a WOFF font.

Thank you, but I am not able to find the woff folder on the laptop. And the font is not available in Rise.
Hi Jeanie,
Once you've installed any custom fonts you've downloaded to your system, they'll automatically appear in the fonts drop-down list in Storyline 360 the next time you open the app.
It sounds like you also need to know where, and Tom shares a recommendation here.

You need to convert a font to a Wolf font here is one site https://transfonter.org/
or you can use font squirrel

I'd just like to add to this thread, 2 years later Arial still isn't a standard font available on Rise. Its a widely used standard font globally. I would like to see this added as standard.
Hi Claire!
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the feedback!
I can confirm that Arial is not a default font in Rise 360 yet and would need to be uploaded as a custom font. We'll be sure to update this discussion if we make any changes to that feature.

A couple of system font stack options would be great.

Web-safe font options would be very much appreciated. Downloading and converting standard system fonts is cumbersome.
