How do I rewind the audio in the middle of the slide?

Thanks for sending over your file. Check out this short Peek screen recording of my testing. 

As you can see, when I click on the seekbar, the audio jumps back to that specific place in the timeline. 

Let's double check that you and I are using the same update of Storyline 3. Click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. Is this what you see there? Update 5: 3.5.16548.0
