We have created thousands of Rise courses in our training organization. We do keep them in the folders on the left side. However, without a tagging feature or another way to file these courses, it is hard to find courses or topics with just a course title. Can anyone shed any light on how you deal with a large number of courses please? Any help would be appreciated!

Each of our course names start with a unique 6-digit number, which makes searching for a specific course easy.
Thank you, Karl. That's an option we will consider. We just need to make sure we remove these codes before we publish to LMS, so our trainees don't wonder what the code means, that's all. :-)
We leave the codes in the published courses, as we have found it makes communication easier when a student contacts the development team about an issue with a specific course.
