How do you edit the email address of an Articulate 360 team member
Ah, so the user is able to login it seems. That's helpful Bert, thank you :)
Let's handle this a different way then and put the control back in the users hands:
Here's how to change the email address associated with your Articulate ID:
1) Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with your current email address and password.
2) Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save.
3) You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.

Greetings Leslie! We just went through an acquisition and we have all new email addresses for our new company. Am I able to edit all the members' emails on my team since I'm the admin on the account or do they have to edit their own Articulate IDs? Also, can I update my own account admin email/Articulate ID as the admin and not have any my subscription or membership affected other than changing the email? I think our old emails will be going away within the next year as we migrate to Outlook 360 with our new company.
