how do you set up Rise 360 courses for visually impaired/screen reader people?

Just curious how others handle this. We're starting to make our resources more accessible to people who are visually impaired and use screen readers. This can be a little tricky for Rise 360 courses. For example, for some of the interactive quizzes (matching, sorting, etc), we've been making "alternative versions" of the quiz that basically are an embedded Word file that people can use with screen readers...but then it becomes a question of where to put those (do we put them with the "regular" quiz? do we put them at the end in an "Alternative Quiz Versions" section? etc). 

For those who are making similar efforts, how are you handling your Rise 360 content for visually impaired folks?
