how i have a slide master then work even correct feed back or incorrect feedback or invalid layer show?
i use quiz timer in storyline 3 but i have more than one quiz and timer dont work correctly.then i made a timer in slide master .but when correct feed back or incorrect feedback or invalid layer show ,master slide stop and timer too stop.

I appreciate you reaching out, and I'm happy to troubleshoot with you. First, a couple of questions so I can understand how your course is set up:
- Are you tracking the results of multiple result slides, OR are you tracking using one result slide with multiple questions?
- Have you tried using the quiz timer in the results slide? If so, what wasn't working correctly?

Hi becca, i have 1 splash slide and 8 quiz and 8 result slides.i use many question banks. when i use saperate question bank in quizes , timer is correct but if even a question bank common between quizes, timer incorrect . in file than i uploaded ,in latest quiz use from questionbank that use in other quizes and timer dont correct work.i use question banks more than one in my projecs.thanks

Thank you so much for sharing your file! I'm happy to help. Are you using a different draw with the same quiz questions? Also, have you looked at adding all of the questions to one question bank and have one Results Slide that includes a timer?
It sounds like the issue with the timer only occurs when there is the same question slide in multiple question banks.

hi and thanks.i use a question bank in different slides.i use a question bank in initial examing (with own timming)and so in final examing(with own timming).
