How Storyline interactive block displays

After adding the Storyline block to Rise the interactive image is just black with white text and the play arrow.  Not the look we want in our course.  Is there a way to have the interactive title screen display?  Have been told the black screen is due to Chrome security features.  Is that accurate?  Help!
