When I insert a Storyline project in Rise, I have a big grey screen with a Play icon. I have to click on the Icon to start the content of my Storyline.
I don't understand why because up to today, I was used to do exactly the same, and my storyline content was launched automatically from Rise without any Play button.
Hi Jessica! If you have already sent us your Share link in a case, please let me know the case number so I can follow along! I'm not currently seeing an open case under your email address.
This is my workaround for this. I create a duplicate of that first slide and insert it into Storyline as my new first slide. If there is audio, I will remove it. If there is video, I will create a screen capture and replace the video with the jpg. I just created. I'll then change the timeline of my new slide to 0.25 sec and create a trigger to jump to the next slide when the timeline is complete. By doing this, you no longer have audio or video on your first slide and from the end-user perceptive, your new first slide passes in a blink and the audio/video will begin how you originally wanted it to.

Is this when you're viewing on mobile (or previewing for mobile), or when on a desktop/laptop browser?
It is on laptop. I noticed that it is only with Chrome. But what is weird is that it is new. I have always used Chrome and I never had this issue.
If you have audio or video on the first slide that autoplays, this button will show.
No it is only text with buttons.

Hello Alyssa, thank you for the follow up. I am a bit late :) I have just sent the case # 02340072
Thanks, Jessica! I see that Vevette is working through it with you. If you figure out a solution, feel free to share it here.
Hello,
My issue is resolved! Here is the explanation of the support:
"It seems this is related to the enhancement we added because Google no longer allows videos and audio to autoplay in Chrome 66 and later. Learners now see a play button when they launch or resume a course with a video on the first slide.
