How to change the color of the scroll bar in a scrolling panel?

Hello, I was also looking for a way to change the color of the scroll bar. It would be very useful.

I am also looking for the feture of changing scroll bar color.

I'd love to see an option to change the scroll bar appearance in Storyline 360.

As a new designer in Storyline. My organization has very specific color schema about anything interactive so I being not to use the scroll panel in design because we are not able to change the color. I would love to see this added. It would make some of my interactive slides much better.

I am also looking for an option to change the colour or style of the scrolling panel in slides. Please add my vote for this new feature. 

Any particular reason this functionality still has not been added three years after being suggested? With the amount of comments on this thread it's clearly something people want.

I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful.

We are tracking this feature requests and I've adjusted the user impact today as well to reflect another +1 on this one.

I have submitted this feature request as well. Looking forward to design options for the scroll panel soon.

I also vote for being able to change the colour of the scroll bar when using the Modern player.
