How to change the color of the scroll bar in a scrolling panel?

Requesting an ability to change the STYLE of the scroll bar as well as other attributes such as color/size/etc.

ditto the requests above. the grey is just not visible enough :)

I don't understand why the scroll bar has a normal width and format in design mode but then almost disappears when we preview or publish.  Why is one different in appearance than the other?

I agree with many above - we seem to get a lot of "latest greatest" updates that no one asked for and practical requests like horizontal scrolling and scroll panel formatting go over 12 years (I found earlier posts) with out a useful update.  

Speaking of Updates.  TOO Many - TOO Often - TOO poorly thought out and full of bugs. 

I have clients (corporate) that cannot absorb this many updates and so they fall many months  behind because their IT depts. won't test and update apps that frequently.  

The number of claw backs has also left them confused about which version to even test - we've already had one where a serious bug (corrected in the following release) was distributed across the training organization.

Just my editorial thoughts.

A horizontal scrollbar would be extremely helpful.

I would like to see this option, it helps the scroll bar pop out for the end user to visually see it.
