How to collect survey results in LMS when using Storyline 360 to build a course?

Hi Judy, thanks for your help.  Attached is the setting of the survey result slide.  Is that correct about the contents which i choose highlighted in red?

    Hi, Vicky,

    I'm going to defer to others about settings for a Survey Results slide. It does seem strange that "Quiz Settings" appear. I'd guess those settings don't matter. However, I've never used a Survey, so I can't say for sure.
