How to do translation of question bank
Any update on this very old bug?
Hi Peter,
Thanks for checking in!
We've released a fix for the issue where the draw from question banks are not included in the exported XLIFF translation file. If you're able to provide some details about what you're experiencing or can share a copy of your course with our team, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot!

Hi Kelly,
That's xliff 1.2, right? 🤦♂️
Unfortunately, useless for many of us, but not part of this thread, I suppose.

Hi Felix!
Yes, currently the exporting of XLIFF 2.1 files is not supported in Rise 360. However, we are tracking a feature request to give users the ability. I'll share your voice in the feature request and will provide updates if this enhancement makes it to our Feature Roadmap.
Have a great rest of your week!

Hi Steven,
thank you. I know this feature request has been in the backlog for a while, I think I handed the request in several times myself.
I have been following the numerous discussions here on the heroes forum for years now.
I go by the principle that if we ask for it often enough, maybe articzulate devs will have mercy and implement it, even if it is just to stop us (many) users who need it getting on their nerves 😂
Have a good week, too!

Hello Kelly, questions are exported...but unfortunately, after the translation they're not imported. The question bank isn't translated at all.

Hi Matthieu!
Happy to jump in here!
To confirm, are you importing the translated file into the correct, duplicated course? Also, are you receiving any error messages during the process? If you're comfortable sharing a link to the course that's giving you trouble, as well as the translated file, we'd be happy to take a closer look.
