How to Ensure User clicks button before moving forward
When using Rise 360, I need the user to click a button to go to an external website before allowing them to move forward in the course. I basically want to ensure they visit the website provided before they go forward, but the Button interaction is not working.
Any suggestions?
I added the button with URL link, then the "Continue" block with the Completion Type set to "complete block above", but it unlocks the continue button without making the user click the button.

You could put the link in a Storyline block.
- Add a Completion trigger to the button that links to the website.
- When you publish the Storyline file to Review 360, set tracking via that trigger.
- After you insert the Storyline block in Rise, add the Continue button that is locked until the Storyline block is completed.
Of course, opening a website doesn't prove the person read the content. But this method does prove they clicked the link.

Hi Allison,
Currently it is not possible to use a Continue block to track if a button was clicked.
