The score will be based on the questions you select in the Results slide. So for the second section, if you have two questions and the user answers them both incorrectly, they will receive 0%.
You can also add a final results slide, which can be cumulative:

I did as you suggested and it still doesn't work. I added a results page for each section. What's showing on the section results are always a score of 0%. The review button doesn't work either. What should the quiz settings be on section results pages: final assessment, knowledge check, or pre-check? My screen doesn't show the scoring section in your quiz settings picture.
