how to italicize part of a word in a Rise Course Title

I need to have a header read ECG (wavECG) Is there an alt key to allow the wav to be italicized?     Thanks

Dear all, it seems to make problems if you want to translate the text with a italic text part and import the translation. The import is not possible.
