How to jump to a specific frame in a video
I have a video file which is actually a collection of still images, sort of like stop animation.
This video is posted here... (and yes it's from 1994, and yes it's sort of pre-dates QuicktimeVR)

You might want to export the video as frames, and then you can associate the frames with a scrolling slider.
