How to make the 'Review Layer' not fade / dim all other layers?

If you open the Review layer, then click the Design tab >> Background Styles >> Format Background, you'll see that the layer background is a 'Solid Fill' with transparency.
You can fix this by selecting 'No Fill' in the Format Background window. I hope that helps!
