How to map text to an object

Hi everyone. So I'm trying to create a cube for menu navigation. I want to add in the text for modules 1-5. However they don't look like they fit in perspective on the shapes.

I know I can export the shape and use perspective warping in photoshop to make this work.

But I was wondering was there a way to do this all in Storyline?

Alas Aidan, I don't know of any. I tend to think of Storyline as a compositing program, and thankfully convinced by team to get Blender, GIMP, and Inkscape for the component design work.

  • You could create each block as a separate shape with text on it, and rotate as necessary. Less optimal, you could create textboxes, and rotate them for the text. The drawback to that is that you have to get pretty creative with the triggers to allow clicking on the face and the words.

Even with Photoshop, you still need to have separate objects to catch the clicks and jump to different places.
