How to open a ready-made course created in articulate on a tablet with Android operating system?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how to open a ready-made course created in articulate on a tablet with the Android operating system? I publish a course in web or SKORM 1.2 format

can this be done locally? if tablet is not connected to internet for instance
