How to retry a question and set the variables to initial state?

It was not that simple because there were variables involveld in the drop targets. I have found 2 solutions for this problem.

Solution 1: disable when dropped. add a retry button and duplicate slide. So when the learner clicks it shows the duplicate slide. The problem with this one is that they only can do it once again (or the amount you programm) and you have a lot of slides.

Solution 2: free drag and drop option and free switching (true/false variable and fixed points variable on the yes and no). And then click 'done button'. At done i show a layer. A shape covers the slide and text dissapears: you have now completed this question. Click on next to go to the next question (or something like that). At this point i added triggers to the variables to remember for the pathway to be followed. The disadvantage is the extra button, but i can't find another solution for this in Storyline3.
