How to set the LMS status to Completed or Failed

In addition to Sandeep's suggestion, if your course doesn't work as expected in SCORM cloud, please feel free to share it with our team for further testing. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

    Thanks Kelly. Let me see how it works on the SCORM Cloud. Shall update the ticket in a little while with my findings.

    Hi Kelly

    I had replied to your message but for some reason, it is greyed out and says "Reported" at the bottom of the message next to the Bookmark link. Not sure of the reason.
