HTML output via SCORM 1.2

Hi all,

One of my customers is asking if html output is possible via Scorm 1.2. 

I looked into the ZIP file of the published Scorm 1.2 e-Learning I created for them, and there is a HTML5 folder in it. See also the attachment. But is this the same or something else? 

I tried searching on the forum and on Google but couldn't find this. Do you know if this is possible?
