Hyperlink Button Grayed-out
In form view (Quizmaker '09), I'm unable to insert hyperlinks.
The hyperlink button is grayed-out, and when I right click on highlighted text, the context menu does not have a hyperlink option.

Was this ever resolved? I'm trying to do the same thing where the multiple-choice question options link to specific resources. Thanks!
