Hyperlinks disappear unless user hovers over them after clicking
I have a series of layers where users are clicking on hyperlinks to learn more. After the hyperlink is click, it disappears from the text box unless the mouse hovers over it. How can I make the link stay visible all the time, even after clicking?
Place a transparent rectangle on top of the URL text and modify the trigger so that the hyperlink fires upon clicking on that particular rectangle.
You can delete the existing triggers and doing this would result in loosing the underline format for the hyperlink text and you need to apply that again.
Please refer to the SL file provided. Just so you know, I left the hyperlink triggers in place that were assigned by you and I just disabled those.
- Hello again!In addition to the thread I linked to above, I also came across a fascinating article, and doing so makes it simpler to create hyperlinks.
The information in the article is somewhat misleading. You need to go to Font in the ribbon for Text Styles, which by default is labelled "Normal Text." Click on that to find Hyperlink. Then you can modify as needed.
