I added 1 layer to 16 slides and now I want the layers to be new slides.
I have these already built layers and I am hoping to remove the layers and use them to make new slides as they will be supporting quiz slides.
Is this possible?

You can use the 'CTRL+A' function on a layer to select all of the objects, and then use 'CTRL+V' while on a slide to transfer all of the objects in a layer to a new slide. Here's a quick recording so you can see how this looks like.
Can I ask if this is what you were trying to do? Or were you looking for another way to convert layers into slides directly?
