"I'm done reviewing" button not appearing for specific reviewers

I've used the Request Review feature to assign and set a deadline to review a Rise course (which is an incredible feature overall).

We are having the same issue off and on. Just recently we had a reviewer who reviews our courses regularly and always sees that button start seeing the button only intermittently on courses we send him. He has not changed browsers. We have also had several other reviewers state that they don't see the "I'm done reviewing" button on various courses. It is not consistent. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

There's a possibility this issue is specific to certain environments, so we'll need to do some troubleshooting to identify the cause.- Can your reviewers replicate the behavior using other browsers?
- Does disabling all active browser extensions reduce the frequency of the issue occurring?
- Have your reviewers tried clearing their browser's cache?
