"Something Went Wrong" Error Publishing to Review 360
We're currently seeing the "Something Went Wrong" error when publishing a course from Rise360 to Review360 (or LMS). Looking through the thread from a few years back, it appears that this may be a problem on Articulate's servers. Hopefully it will be corrected soon, but I wanted to check with the forum. I cleared by Chrome browser cache as instructed in the earlier thread and even tried on Edge, but still see the same error. Is publishing working for everyone else currently?
This may have been related to a service incident yesterday, you can check here: https://www.articulatestatus.com/

Just got off chat. They are having an issue on their side
Hi DanielleMcGr974, ScottHewitt, and alexmay!
Thank you for reporting this. Earlier today, Rise 360 was giving an error message when authors attempted to publish their courses. Our engineering team quickly resolved this issue, and the feature is working properly now. You may need to refresh the page if you hit an error message. Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you for working through this with us!

I was having the same issue. I was just able to publish a course!
