Rise content "something went wrong " while publishing
Hi team,
I face the issue of content not publishing in Rise. When I try to publish in LMS or for review ( as a new version not a new content ) , I face the issue that something went wrong since this morning. May I kindly ask for help ? I restarted my browser but it is still not working :(

I had the same issue this morning. I restarted my computer, and then on the second or third try it worked. Must be some sort of a server hiccup?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.Can I ask if republishing your course fixed the issue for you? If you're still unable to publish your course, try using a different browser or doing a hard refresh to see if this helps. Here's how to do a hard refresh on a browser:
Hold down the Ctrl + Shift keys and click on your browser's reload buttonIf the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.

I have the same issue, I was republishing the same course (after a minor update). After troubleshooting it for hours, I opened the browser in incognito and it worked like a charm!
