How is this answering Malvika's question? I followed your link Eddie and landed on a survey advertisement site.
I think her question had to do with how does one configure Storyline player to achieve this white theme over image effect.
how can we add such a background?
Hey Malvika! I'm not exactly sure how Jackie Van Nice created that without seeing the project file, but one way to achieve a similar look is to insert the photo into PPT>click the Picture Format tab>Click the Artistic Effects dropdown>and select Pencil Sketch.
From there, you can copy/paste the image back into your project and add a white transparent shape over it for a subtle look. Hope that helps!

Most likely by using an app like Photoshop.
