Image flickering when using State changes

I created some animation using state changes thru the timeline. Although it looks as expected in the SL preview, after exporting (either to the LMS or Review) every State change flickers...

We are looking into a couple of issues with state change flickering in Storyline 360, so I'd be curious to have a closer look at your file. I'd like to verify that what you're seeing is related to those bugs.
