Good news! I found a solution to your issues! First, to fix the shifting images follow these steps:
- Click on a hotspot
- Click "Question Tools - Design" Menu (top center of screen)
- Click "Drag & Drop Options" (top left of screen)
- Change "Drop Target Options" from "Snap to center" to "Free"
- Click OK
Second, the selected state on the red clip doesn't have the blue glow.
