Image not snapping back to the correct position

Hello, 

I'm having an issue with my images not snapping back to the correct position when it is dragged to the incorrect place. It looks like I have the correct settings in place, but there must be something I'm missing. The images just snap back to the center of the page and they are large. 

I have attached several screenshots. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!!

    Thank you so much for reaching out! From your screenshots, your settings look correct. It would be helpful to take a look at your .story file to confirm the behavior of the drag-and-drop question. Do you mind sharing it with us in this discussion or in a support case?
